Housing is Key
Even More Rent Relief

Tenants who have fallen behind on rent or other payments to their landlord, due to financial hardship caused by the pandemic, will continue to be protected from eviction due to non-payment through September 30. If you are a renter or a landlord, you may qualify for assistance for overdue rent up to 100% of the amount owed. This may even include money for future rent owed.

Either a qualifying tenant or landlord may now initiate this process. Please visit HousingIsKey.com or call the California Housing is Key COVID-19 Assistance Line at 833-687-0967 for more information.
