AB 1862 Press Conference

Assemblymember Miguel Santiago (D-Los Angeles), celebrates the introduction of AB 1862, a bill that will provide two years of tuition-free education at any CSU to community college students who earn an associate’s degree for transfer (ADT) and who have participated in the California College Promise program.
